Hailing from a family with a rich musical heritage, Bharadwaj Shenoy is a highly skilled Veena and Mridangam artist with extensive experience in performance and teaching. His musical journey began at a young age, deeply rooted in the traditions of Indian classical music.
Bharadwaj holds a Master’s degree in Veena from RLV Music College, Tripunithura, and has had the privilege of training under the esteemed Sri A. Ananthapathmanabhan (AIR Retired). With over 8 years of professional experience, he has performed at prestigious cultural festivals and venues across Mumbai, Chennai, Guruvayur, Thanjavur, and Tirupati. His expertise extends beyond the stage, as he has also contributed to the film industry by assisting a music director with Veena and Mridangam in two movies.
In addition to his performance career, Bharadwaj serves as the Manager of Dakshina School of Dance and Music Academy in Thuravoor, Alappuzha, where he has been instrumental in nurturing young talents. Now, as a faculty member at Param Music & Arts Institute, he brings his deep knowledge, passion, and commitment to training the next generation of musicians.
